LabNine Modular applies sustainable philosophies across the board; from materials used to circular construction methods.

By assembling enduring volumetric models off-site, LabNine Modular works 30 percent faster than traditional constructors, and with 50 percent lower carbon emissions. Naturally, we use sustainable materials. By reusing 80 percent of resources once their life cycle is over, and reducing raw materials’ waste stream that builds in a sustainable and future-proof way. Self-generated power is the status quo, while concrete floors ensure unique sound insulation.

There are also new business model opportunities for both the supply and demand chains. The larger the scale of a circular building project, the greater the cost reduction and economic incentives. From lower energy demand in the production process to smart disassembly. Demolition companies can recover and reuse construction parts, so that cost benefits can be felt at every stage of the project.

We design mid- and high-rise steel blueprints in weeks, not months, and our turnkey living solutions can easily be adapted to architects’ plans.

As 95 percent of our modular housing system is assembled off-site, developers can begin working on-site simultaneously. This, combined with automation and robotization that ensure high labor productivity, is key to building 30 percent faster than traditional constructors. LabNine Modular can also remodel development costs and orders as necessary. And, because of our working environment and worldwide sourcing, we can provide the highest level of quality and building materials at extraordinary value.
